Palace Bingo is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please read and follow these rules during your visit.
General Conduct
- All guests must be 8 years of age or older to play bingo.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Respectful behavior toward staff and fellow players is required at all times.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted in the hall.
- Absolutely no other gambling allowed in the bingo hall.
Game Play Rules
- Players must purchase packs before the session begins.
- Bingo must be called before the next number is drawn.
- All winning cards are subject to verification by staff.
- In the event of multiple winners, the prize is split equally.
- Electronic tablets must be returned at the end of each session.
- No refunds on purchased packs once the session has begun.
- There are no splitting of entry packs.
- A number is not official until it is called.
- Everyone must be playing bingo.
Seating & Space
- Seating is first-come, first-served. No seat saving for more than one absent guest.
- Please keep your area clean and tidy throughout your visit.
- Do not block aisles or emergency exits at any time.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
Prizes & Payouts
- All prizes must be claimed before the end of the session.
- Winners must present their winning card to staff for verification.
- Management's decision on all prize disputes is final.
