Floor Runners are the heart of our bingo sessions. You'll assist players on the floor, verify winning cards, deliver prizes, and ensure every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist players with questions and card purchases
- Verify and announce winning bingo cards
- Deliver prizes and payouts to winners
- Maintain a clean and organized floor area
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous customer service experience a plus
